The ability to advise on fundamental problems with materials used/construction/ground levels and other causes of potential damp and water penetration have allowed us to proactively avoid much bigger problems later on in our ownership. These are all issues which have been missed and ignored by numerous surveys of the house previously and that is where we were particularly impressed with John’s knowledge and expertise.
