Cost of surveys
The cost of dampness or defect surveys depend on the size of the property so the amount of time it will take to examine the issues.
Sometimes access can be difficult or issues numerous and complicated so, if a survey runs on, the fee remains fixed as initially agreed.
The report is emailed when it is completed, usually within 3 working days, and the balance of the fee only payable when the hard copy of the report is received.
